| The rates are inclusive of service charge, Vat 7%, utilities, and free sport club membership. |
The extra persons will be additional charged at 500 baht/night/person. Baby cot is also available with additional charge 300 baht per night and extra bed charege 500 baht per night. |

- Contract for 1 - 3 months, payment terms is one month deposit and three month advanced rental being paid before moving in the apartments. |
- Contract for more than 3 months, payment terms is two month deposit and one month advanced rental being paid before moving in the apartments. |
- For Penthouse, the rental must be at least 6 months. Payment terms is two month deposit and one month advanced rental being paid before moving the apartments |

Cancellation policy : A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount. |
