One to Five bedrooms can be requested subject to availability

The rates are inclusive of service charge, Vat 7%, utilities, free American Breakfast and free sport club membership. The extra persons will be additional charged at 500 baht/night/person. Baby cot is also available with additional charge 300 baht per night and extra bed charege 500 baht per night. Late check - out time is within 3 pm.

  - Airport transfer service from Suvarnphumi Airport to Floraville Serived Apartments 800 baht per one way for 4 seat car (Benze, BMW), and 1000 baht per one way for 7 and 11 seat Van

  - Internet services in the apartments are available for max.speed 1 M.B.(300 baht/day)

  - Laundry service is also available

  - 2% commission being charged for Visa / Master cards.

  - Exchange rate will be changed subject to the bank's rates of each day.

  - One bottle of 1.5 litre drinking water, sets of coffee and tea being provided in room for free of charge

  - Hair dryer, iron, iron board can be requested at the reception.

The rates excluded Vat 7% and other utilities : water supply 18 baht/unit and electricity bills from the

government, high speed internet cost 2650 baht/month for max.1 M.B, laundry service packages :

80 pcs. for 1500 baht/month or 40 pcs. for 800 baht/month, etc.

  - Check in 1 - 3 months, payment terms is one month deposit and three month advanced rental being paid before moving in the apartments.

  - Check in more than 3 months, payment terms is two month deposit and one month advanced rental being paid before moving in the apartments.

  - For Penthouse, the rental must be at least 6 months. Payment terms is two month deposit and one month advanced rental being paid before moving the apartments

Cancellation policy : A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount.
